Autoclave Processing

Eagle offers state of the art autoclave processing technology and capabilities. Our purpose-built equipment is outfitted with advanced Composite Processing Control systems (CPC) which provides Industry leading levels of efficiency, repeatability and process control.  These automated features include predictive quality, processing and analysis capabilities ensuring the highest degrees of consistency, accuracy and reliability.   

We process a variety of high-performance polymer matrix composites (PMC’s) including braided architectures and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Prepregs (CFRP’s). Our reinforced, high-performance resin systems result in components and assemblies which routinely outperform their metallic counterparts providing a combination of meaningful weight reduction, enhanced toughness, durability, improved life cycle and product performance.
